Company Overview:
We are a members-only canine social club that fuses hospitality into a communal atmosphere. Our space offers a complete beverage program, a rotating food concept, curated programming, and other exclusive membership offerings. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring our club remains the gold standard in pet-inclusive hospitality. We often get referred to as the Soho House for dog owners here in LA and we take pride in delivering an experience that garners such compliments.

General Manager - Private Members’ Premium Canine Social Club
Location:
Williamsburg, BK
*This position will most likely require travel to our Santa Monica location to train at a club in operation to prepare for the Brooklyn opening. Duration may be 1-2 weeks depending on needs.
Compensation: Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 per year (Base Salary), final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Oversee all daily operations, including club management, food & beverage service, member experience to maintain a seamless, high-quality atmosphere along with events and a small retail component.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing hospitality and operations team, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficiency and positive morale. Support from HQ will be available as needed.

Partner in building, and executing, the club’s annual budget. Formulate and implement growth strategies and cost-saving measures to maximize profitability while maintaining premium service standards.

In partnership with Senior Leadership at the HQ Level, you will lead initiatives to grow club membership, enhance retention, and increase overall revenue through innovative programming, events, and pre-approved strategic partnerships.

Work closely with the bar team to maintain a premium, pet-friendly food and drink program that aligns with our brand’s premium standards. Help to ensure a rotating food concept is operating to its fullest potential and elevates our members expectations of quality and service.

Foster a welcoming community for members, implementing high-touch service strategies that prioritize guest satisfaction.

Help to ensure that the programming calendar is running smoothly and delivering a fulfilling member experience. There will be on the ground event support along with Senior Leadership at HQ Level to curate the events and manage paid partnerships.

Ensure that all club and hospitality areas meet top-tier cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance standards.

In tandem with our HQ Partnerships lead, you will help to establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and brand partners to enhance member offerings and streamline club operations.

What We’re
Looking For
Hospitality & Club Management Experience:

Strong understanding of how to read a balance statement, top level P&L management and ability to identify and push on key drivers of revenue growth and profitability.
Food & Beverage Knowledge:
Deep understanding of restaurant/bar operations, including liquor license adherences and health/safety regulations.
