Part-Time Position to Full-Time Opportunity: Members Concierge

Compensation:
~$24 p/h
Responsibilities:

Be the Face of DOG PPL: Welcome every member with enthusiasm and greet guests warmly, creating a memorable first impression as they experience our unique concept.

Check-Ins: Greet pup members and their humans, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Member Management: Assist members by verifying their status and ensuring their documentation and vaccination records are up to date.

Member Concierge Champion: Serve as a trusted resource for answering questions, whether in person or over the phone, guiding members and non-members with ease.

Retail: Oversee retail checkout and provide personalized recommendations about our merchandise while keeping the shop inviting and well-stocked.

Authentic Advocacy: Share your passion for DOG PPL with genuine enthusiasm, highlighting its unique benefits and encouraging potential members to join our community without being overly sales-focused.

Impeccable Presentation: Maintain the club areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.

Club Coordination: Work closely with the team to oversee member flow and club capacity.

Event Facilitation: Welcome guests during events, manage attendee flow, and promote upcoming events through engaging conversations.

Operational: Complete opening/closing duties, ensuring the club is ready to shine at the start of the day and is properly secured and organized at closing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Must Love Dogs: Embrace your passion for pups as you interact with dogs and their owners throughout the day.

Sales Savvy: Previous sales experience is a plus! Bring an authentic and non-pushy approach to encouraging new members to join the DOG PPL community.

Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and membership dashboards is helpful.

Hospitality or Retail Background: Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Canine Experience: Experience working with dogs or in a dog-focused environment is a bonus but not essential.

People Skills: Build positive relationships with dog owners as the face of our member experience.

Multitasker Extraordinaire: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.

Dog Confidence: Be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.

Reliable and Team-Oriented: Bring responsibility, honesty, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Flexible Availability: Be ready to work mornings, mid-days, nights, and possibly holidays.

Physically Active: Stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
